Whew, that’s a little long recipe title right? Anyway, don’t be fooled by the title as this is one very easy side dish to fix.
Roasted Broccoli, Garlic and Pepper Flakes
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- red pepper flakes
Toss broccoli florets, minced garlic and olive oil in large bowl to coat. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet, sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Roast (400 degrees F)/broil (low) for 10 minutes or until florets are brown.
