Saltine crackers – 1 box (I usually get the unsalted ones)
Olive oil – 1 cup (extra-light) or you can also use vegetable oil
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix (dry powder package) – 1 packet
Garlic powder – 1 tbsp or more
Crushed red pepper flakes – 1 tbsp or more
2. Mix all ingredients – olive oil, ranch powder dressing, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes.
3. Pour mixture over the saltine crackers and cover the container. Flip every fifteen minutes to make sure the mixture evenly coats all the crackers.
Tashi loves these crackers with the Mexican Chicken Lime Soup and he had these for tonight’s dinner.
